We thank you for booking and agreeing to our service policies. We ask that you read and agree to the following terms:
Please fill out and sign our client agreement and consent form. Confirmation text will be sent out the day before your scheduled appointment.
We understand things happen unexpectedly. Any missed appointments without proper notice will be charged half the services scheduled to compensate for our artists’ time. This makes it difficult to fill your appointment last minute.
We ask our clients to arrive in a prompt and timely matter. Prior to the procedure, we will screen you, patch test you (upon request) and prep you for the service. This allows us to give you and others a fabulous spa-like experience.
We strive for all of our guests to be completely satisfied. If for some occurrence you are unhappy with our results, we are happy to work and get it right for you. Please keep in mind that your request must be communicated before the third day after the service was rendered and within reason(s).
By booking, you understand we have the right to refuse service to anyone.
Disclaimer: We will not provide a refund for the service after you leave our building; if you are not happy and do not want us to attempt to correct it, we offer a complimentary removal service.
